Miss Almeada WILTZ, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. V. WILTZ of Cecil, and Mr. John CARROLL, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas CARROLL of Valley street, McDonald, were united in marriage at nine o'clock Saturday morning, October 28, 1939, in St. Mary's church, Cecil, the Rev. Fr. John KOPERA officiating. The bride was gowned in white satin with a full train and finger-tip veil. She carried white roses. The bridesmaid, Miss Mercedes WILTZ, sister of the bride, wore rose satin and carried pink roses. Mr. Edward KEEFE of McKees Rocks served as bestman. Miss Mary QUINN of Cecil played the wedding music and sang.

A reception was held in the home of the bride in the afternoon and in the bridegroom's home in the evening.

After a wedding trip to Uniontown and Maryland, the young couple will reside with the bride's parents.

Mrs. CARROLL is a graduate of Cecil high school. Mr. CARROLL, a graduate of McDonald high, is an electrician in the Universal Steel mill, Bridgeville.

John CARROLL of Sturgeon, and Miss Agnes McVICKER of Monongahela City, formerly of Sturgeon, will be married Wednesday evening, March 14th, at the home of the bride's parents.

At 7 o'clock on Wednesday evening, at the home of the bride's parents, Monongahela City, Miss Agnes McVicker and John CARROLL, of Sturgeon.  Rev. J. W. English, D.D., pastor of Robinson's Run United Presbyterian church, McDonald, Pa., officiated.  The ceremony was witnessed by a number of relatives and a few friends from this community.  Mr. CARROLL and his bride will reside near Primrose.

Martin CARROLL, son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin CARROLL of Imperial, and Miss Mary STEMATZ, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John STEMATZ of Sturgeon, were united in marriage by the Rev. Fr. COX of the Noblestown St. Patrick's church on Thursday morning, April 11, at nine o'clock. The bridegroom's best man was Folday PUSKAR of Imperial, and the bridesmaid was Miss Ellen STEMATZ, a sister of the bride. The bride wore a blue crepe ensemble suit, with a bridal bouquet of pink rosebuds and lilies-of-the- valley. The bridesmaid was dressed in tan, with a bouquet of pink rosebuds. A wedding supper was held in the evening. The bride and groom with make their home for the present with the groom's parents in Imperial, after a wedding trip to Erie.

Miss Blanche DeBAKER of Cecil, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John DeBAKER, and Thomas CARROLL, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas CARROLL, Sr., of McDonald were united in marriage at 9:00 o'clock Saturday morning, June 17, 1939, in St. Patrick's church, Pittsburgh, by Rev. Father COX. The bride wore a white satin gown with a white hat. Miss Elizabeth TARAP of Oakdale, the bridesmaid, wore a blue organdy gown with hat to match. Mr. Albert DeBAKER, brother of the bride, was bestman. The bride attended Cecil township high school and the bridegroom attended McDonald high school. He is employed at Montour No. 9 at McDonald. They will reside in the DeBAKER home in Cecil.

At St. Alphonsus Church on Tuesday morning Rev. Father J. A. BURGOO_ celebrated nuptial mass and united in marriage two well known residents of McDonald [Pa]. The contracting parties were Miss Emma [BRONCHAIN], daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert BRONCHAIN, and Mr. Thomas CARROLL. The bride was attended by her sister, Mrs. Leon RANDOUR, while Mr. RANDOUR performed a like service for the groom. A goodly company of friends and relatives witnessed the ceremony. At noon at the home of the bride's parents on Valley street [sic] a wedding dinner was served, to which invitations were limited to relatives of the newly married pair.
