Miss Wilhelmina STEWART, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. STEWART of Woodrow, and Clifford C. CARLISLE, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph CARLISLE of Hickory, were
united in marriage in the home of the bride's parents at three o'clock Friday afternoon, June 18, 1926. The ring ceremony was read by the Rev. Dwight B. DAVIDSON,
pastor of the Mt. Prospect Presbyterian church. The bride wore a gown of poudre blue romaine crepe. She is a graduate of the Hickory Vocational school and for five years has been a teacher in the Crosscreek township schools. Mr. CARLISLE is employed by the Manufacturers Light and Heat company. After a brief wedding trip
they will be at home to their friends in Hickory.

The marriage of Miss Mary Catherine BICKLE, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Carl BICKLE of the McDonald-Venice road, and Harold CARLISLE, son of Mr.
and Mrs. William CARLISLE of R.D. 2, McDonald, was solemized on
Saturday, March 10, 1934, in the First Presbyterian church, Wellsburg,
W.Va. by the Rev. Edward KRAPP. The bride was unattended and wore
