CAPUDER - MISKO
Miss Louise MISKO, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter MISKO of Sara street, Southside, Pittsburgh, became the bride of Albert L.
CAPUDER, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis CAPUDER of Midway, at a church ceremony on Monday afternoon, September 2, 1940. They were married at 2:30 o'clock in the Union Baptist church, Brownsville and Hornaday road, Carrick, by the pastor, the Rev. William R.
PANKEY.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a dress of ivory satin, with full skirt and long train. Her tulle veil fell from a coronet of lace. She carried a white prayer book showered with lilies of the valley. Miss Helen
SCHURS, as maid of honor, wore a princess dress of blue moire and carried an arm bouquet of pink roses. Fred CAPUDER of Midway was his brother's
bestman. The wedding music was played by Miss Margaret DELANEY.
The bride's mother wore a redingote dress of black crepe with matching hat and Mrs. CAPUDER'S dress was of mist blue crepe with blue hat.
A dinner and reception at the home of the bride's parents followed the ceremony.
The bride is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and attended the Sorbonne university, Paris, France. She has taught in the Midway high school for two years.
Mr. CAPUDER is a graduate of Muskingum college and has been associate professor in the speech department at Ohio State university, Columbus.
Mr. and Mrs. CAPUDER will reside at Kent, Ohio, where Mr. CAPUDER is in charge of the speech department at Kent State college.

The marriage of Miss Dorothy Jean HARRIS, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George P. HARRIS of Sturgeon, to Edwin A. CARDILLO, son of Mr. and Mrs. John CARDILLO of Noblestown, will take place at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 10, 1947, in the Noblestown U. P. parsonage.

CARDILLO - HARRIS
Miss Dorothy Jean HARRIS, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George P. HARRIS of Champion Hill, Sturgeon, and Edwin A.
CARDILLO, son of Mr. and Mrs. John CARDILLO of Noblestown, were united in marriage at 3:00 p.m. Friday, October 10, 1947, in the Noblestown First United Presbyterian
parsonage. The Rev. R. L. LANNING performed the ceremony.
The bride wore a full length gown of pastel pink taffeta and white net trimmed with pink and blue velvet. Her veil of pink net was shoulder length,
caught at the neckline with pink and blue velvet flowers. She carried an arm bouquet of white roses tied with white satin streamers. The maid of
honor was Miss Rose CARDILLO of Noblestown, sister of the bridegroom. She wore a pink satin brocaded gown trimmed with ribbon and she
carried a bouquet of fall flowers. Her hair was worn shoulder length and was caught on either side of her forehead with blue satin bows.
Following the ceremony a private wedding dinner was served to members of the immediate families and a few friends. A reception for 96 guests
was held in the evening in the home of the bridegroom's parents in
Noblestown. The dining table was decorated with pink and blue and was centered with a large wedding cake. Upon their return from a wedding trip to Lima, Ohio, the young couple will reside with the bridegroom's parents until they can build a home.
Mrs. CARDILLO attended St. Luke's school in Carnegie. Mr. CARDILLO is a graduate of Oakdale high school and saw active service overseas.
He is employed by the Bethlehem Steel Corp., Ambridge.
