CAIN - GERTZEL
A very pretty home wedding was solemnized at 8:45 o'clock Wednesday evening, September 16, 1936, when Miss Margaret Marie GERTZEL, daughter of Mrs. Fred GERTZEL of Liberty street, McDonald, became the bride of Mr. Francis L. CAIN, son of Mr. and Mrs. James J. CAIN of Winchester, Va. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. S. A. MCCOLLAM, assisted by the Rev. R. M. GROVE. The bride was attractively gowned in royal blue velvet made princess style with a short train. She wore a corsage. The bridesmaid, Miss Helen MOORE, wore a gown of ruby velvet with a corsage. The best man was Mr. Lloyd STEWART. A reception was held for relatives and near friends after the ceremony in the bride's home. Mr. and Mrs. CAIN will reside in Crafton heights.

Wednesday, February 17, at the home of the Rev. J. D. and Mrs. GIBSON
of Elizabeth occurred the marriage of Mr. Joseph W. CAIN of Burgettstown
[Pa], son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick CAIN of Murdocksville, and Miss Adelia
I. SLEETH of Midway. After an extended visit with relatives and
friends at Elizabeth, Ingram, Rea, and other places [all in
Pennsylvania] they returned to the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and
Mrs. L. A. SLEETH, where they will make their home.
