Mr. and Mrs. Bert KIGHTLINGER announce the marriage of their daughter Sara Adella [KIGHTLINGER], to Mr. J. Eugene BOSS of South Boston, Va., on Tuesday, April 17, at the First Presbyterian church of Pittsburg. Rev. CLAUDE performed the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Boss spent a few weeks in the west. Mr. BOSS is head nitrator at the Aetna Chemical plant at Oakdale. The young couple will reside at present at the bride?s home.

Miss Patricia McNEES, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. McNEES of Enlow, and Charles BOUSTEAD, son of Mrs. Myrtle BOUSTEAD, were united in marriage at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 1947, in Montours Presbyterian church. The ceremony was performed before an embankment of palms.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white satin dress with long sleeves and long train. Her veil was held in place with an embroidered tiara. She carried an arm bouquet of white calla lilies. The matron of honor, Mrs. William BOUSTEAD, wore a yellow gown with blue headdress and carried a bouquet of mixed flowers. The bridesmaid, Miss Jean LIPSCOMB wore a blue gown with yellow headdress and she carried a bouquet of mixed flowers. Donald McNEES, brother of the bride, was bestman. Donald Sutton sang ?Because? and ?O Primrose Me? [sic="O Promise Me".]

Following the ceremony a reception for 150 guests was held in the social room of the church.

Mrs. George CEREZO of East Lincoln avenue and Mrs. Amie LEROY of Ellwood City announce the marriage of their sister Miss Violet TOWARD of East Lincoln avenue to George D. BOWERS of Canton, Ohio. The ceremony took place on Friday evening, April 19, 1935, at seven o'clock in the bridegroom's home. The couple was attended by Miss Helen MAEBIUS of Pittsburgh and John F. BEATTY of Canton, Ohio.

The bride wore a gown of white satin trimmed in white fur and carried a bouquet of white tea roses. The maid of honor wore a gown of gold satin and carried pink tea roses.

A reception was held following the ceremony. The color scheme was carried out in pink and white. Only the immediate family attended. 

Mr. BOWERS is a graduate of the University of Illinois and is a well known architect of Pittsburgh and this vicinity. Mr. BOWERS is at present associated with the National Park Service in Washington, D.C. 

After a wedding trip to the Virginia Caverns Mr. and Mrs. BOWERS will make their home in Washington, D.C.
