Miss Dorothy CUJAS, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver CUJAS, Sr., of Cherry Valley, and Mr. Elmer BISH, son of Clarence BISH of Southview, were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 1940, in the home of the Rev. Henry Pollock, pastor of the Midway Methodist church.

The bride wore a blue gown with a white hat and matching accessories. Her corsage was of red rosebuds.  Mr. and Mrs. Herman CUJAS of Langeloth were the attendants. Mrs. CUJAS wore a rose gown with white hat and white accessories.

A wedding supper was served to nineteen guests in the CUJAS home. The young couple will reside in Cherry Valley.  Mr. BISH is a plasterer by trade.

BISH - DUNKLE

Miss Shirley Rae DUNKLE, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond DUNKLE of McDonald, and Walter BISH, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter BISH, Sr., of Midway, were united in marriage at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 1947, in the parsonage of the First Presbyterian church, McDonald. The Rev. Joseph H. RODGERS performed the double
ring ceremony. 

The bride wore an aqua suit with brown accessories and a corsage of white gardenias. The bridesmaid, Miss Mildred Jean DUNKLE, sister of the bride, wore a blue tweed suit with red accessories and a corsage of red roses. James BISH, brother of the bridegroom, served as bestman. The bride's mother wore a lightning blue dress with black accessories and the bridegroom's mother wore a black dress with matching accessories. They each wore a corsage of red roses. 

Following the ceremony a reception for 150 guest was held in the Woman's club house, McDonald. A three-tiered wedding cake formed the table centerpiece. 

The bride is a 1945 graduate of McDonald high school and is employed by the Peoples First National Bank, Pittsburgh. The bridegroom attended Midway high school and
is employed by the Pittsburgh Consolidation Coal Co., Clinton. They will reside in their trailer in Midway.
