From the McDonald Record-Outlook newspaper, August 1, 1984, page unknown:

The annual reunion of the descendants of Holland Andrew and Elizabeth NICHOLS SCOTT was held on Saturday, July 21, at the old Midway High School.

A picnic dinner was enjoyed at noon with 33 members in attendance.

Families traveled from parts of western Pennsylvania, Indiana, South Carolina, West Virginia and Ohio.

A family meeting was held and the following officers were elected: president, All HOOK; vice president, Raoul GAUBERT; secretary, Beth HALLIDAY; and treasurer, Bob COWDEN.
