On Friday evening a number if the neighbors and friends of Mrs. Charles McKEE met at the home of Mrs. William McELHANEY in Arabella street and proceeded from there to the McKEE home.  Mrs. McKEE was completely taken by surprise, the occasion being her birthday ...  [rest cut off].

[ Obituary for a Mr. WRIGHT, possibly John WRIGHT ]

[Cut off]... Pa. and has been employed by the Pittsburgh Railway Company since 1890 as a foreman.  Mr. WRIGHT was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic church, N. S. and the Holy Name Society.  He leaves three daughters, Mrs. John BARRETT, Pittsburgh; Gertrude C. [WRIGHT] and Margaret L. WRIGHT; three sons, Raymond T. [WRIGHT], John A. [WRIGHT], Fairmont, W. Va., and Charles M. [WRIGHT] , Youngstown, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret HAYES, Montipelier, Ind., and Mrs. Thomas HOGAN, Georgetown, Pa. and eight grandchildren.  The funeral services were held Tuesday morning at nine o'clock.  Mr. WRIGHT was a former resident of Oakdale.

This John Wright, age 66, is probably the same man who died in 1922.  The man in the Census had no wife listed and none is listed in the survivor section of the obituary.  Gertrude's father was listed as born in Ohio and the mother in Ireland.  The Census matches the children's names in the obituary, including John BARRETT, son-in-law.
