Norman Emmett CLARK, Esq., candidate for Judge at the primaries to be held Sept. 21, 1915.

Mr. CLARK was born in Washington county, and is a son of Hon. John G. CLARK of Franklin township. He attended the public schools then graduated from W.
&. J. College in 1882 and was admitted to the bar in 1885. Since 1887 he has been a practicing attorney with first the firm of A. W. & M. C. A ACHESON, then with W. I. BERRYMAN, and since 1904, first with W. S. PARKER and Winfield MCILVAINE, and later with Mr. MCILVAINE alone.

He has been a solicitor of the Borough of East Washington since shortly after its incorporation, continuously for a period of twenty-one years.
