Transcript of Obituary from The Observer-Reporter newspaper, Washington Co., Pa., May 25, 1985, p. D-4:

Mario Pistilli [First part of Obituary was cut off this Xerox; beginning would read something like this...] -Mario Pistilli, _, of 117 Francis Street, Bentleyville, died Friday, May 24, 1985 ..... [rest is quoted from his obit]

He was born November 21, [1926 ?], in Ellsworth, son of the late Alcide and Josephine Mojetti Pistilli.

He was a retired employee of General Electric Corp, Erie.

He was a member of St. Clement's Church, Ellsworth, and was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Army. He was a member of VFW Post 5454 of Bentleyville, the Order of the Eagles and the Lithuanian Club, both of Bentleyville.

Surviving are his wife, Frances I. Zarlino Pistilli; the following brothers and sisters, Alfred Pistilli of Ridgeway, Ann Cupec of Bentleyville, Josephine Forte and Mary DiMarzio, both of Ellsworth, Vincent J. Pistilli of Bentleyville, and an aunt.

Two brothers, Vincent and Armand B. Pistilli, two nephews and one niece are deceased.

NOTE: Vincent, a brother, is named under survivors and under deceased. There was probably a correction issued in a later newspaper.


FUNERAL NOTICE:
PISTILLI -
Friends of Mario Pistilli of 117 Francis Street, Bentleyville, who died Friday, May 24, 1985, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. Sunday and Monday in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday at a time to be announced. Interment in Beallsville Cemetery.
