Obituary of Mrs. Margaret B. Moyars 1936

Washington Co., Pa., Jan. 22, 1936, p. 5:
"DEATH ROLL -
MRS. GEORGE G. MOYARS - Mrs. Margaret B. Moyars, aged 80, died
Monday night in her home, 166 East Pike street, Canonsburg. She had been
confined to her room since Christmas but became worse Monday and died
suddenly. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Ayres, was born
February 28, 1856, and had been a resident of Canonsburg for the past 50
years.
Mrs. Moyars was a member of the First Methodist
Episcopal Church for many years. Her husband, George G. Moyars, is
the only surviving Civil War veteran in Canonsburg. Besides him she
is survived by two children: Samuel A. Moyars, at home; Walter A Moyars,
of Los Angeles, Cal.
