Transcript of the Obituary from The Observer Reporter, Washington PA,  July  , 1969, page unknown:

Charles H. Lang - 72, of 820 Ewing Street, died at 2:20 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 1969 in Washington Hospital. He was born March 10, 1897 in Washington, son of John and Amelia Frank Lang. A member of the First Lutheran Church, Mr. Lang was employed by Jessop Steel Company for 26 years before his retirement in 1962. He was twice married. His first wife, Audrey Barnhart Lang, died October 30, 1940. His second wife, Helen Ward Lang, died July 2, 1966. 
Surviving are one son, Charles, Jr. of Washington; three daughters: Vale, wife of Charles Betts of Bernardsville, NJ, and Mary, wife of Edward Landock, and Norma Jean Poland, both of Washington; a stepdaughter, June, wife of Joseph Huseman, of Washington; one brother, Russell Lang, of Washington; one sister, Mary (Mamie), wife of patrick Morris, of Washington; 11 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Five sisters and four brothers are deceased.
