Transcript of the Obituary from The Observer Reporter, Washington PA,  Tuesday, 17 June 1969, page unknown:

JOHNS -
Arlene Gail (Seese) Johns, 37, of Markleysburg, R.D. 1 died in the Uniontown Hospital, at 7:06 pm, Monday, June 16, 1969. Her husband Charles W. Johns, died only three days before on Friday, June 13, 1969. Mrs. Johns was a member of the Congregation of the Jehovah Witness of Markleysburg. her husband was the presiding minister of that congregation before his death.

Surviving are one daughter, Diane, and one son, William E.; both at home; her mother, Mary Virginia Copeman Seese and one brother, Donald E. Seese both of Washington. her father, Edgar T. Seese, died in 1937.
