Reporter newspaper, October 28, 1868, p. 5:
"ESTATE OF JOHN WHITE, DEC. - Letters of Adninistration upon the
estate of John White, Esp., deceased, late of Canton township.... R.
Lylie White, David M'Clay, Administrators."
"NOTICE - NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the account of John Monniger
Committee of the person and estate of Mary Gantz a lunatic has been
filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington county, and that the
same will be allowed on 1st Monday of December term next, if no
sufficient cause be shown to the contrary. - JOHN L [GOW ?],
Prothonotary."
"BANKRUPTCY NOTICE - In the In the District Court of the United
States, for the Western District of Pennsylvania. JOSEPH C. ROBINSON, a
bankrupt under the Act of Congress March 2nd, 1867, having applied for
discharge from all his debts, and other claims provable under said act
by order of the Court, notice is hereby given, to all creditors who have
proved their debts, and other persons interested, to appear on the 10th
day of NOVEMBER, 1868, at 2 o'clock, p. m., before Joseph B. Donley,
Esq., Register, at the Valentine House, Washington, Pa., to show cause,
if any they have, why a discharge should not be granted in the said
bankrupt. - S. C. M'CANDLESS, Clerk of the U. S. District Court for said
Dis. - Oct. 25-2t."
"BANKRUPTCY NOTICE - In the District Court of the United States,

the Act of Congress March 2nd, 1867, having applied for discharge from
all his debts, and other claims provable under said act by order of the
Court, notice is hereby given, to all creditors who have proved their
debts, and other persons interested, to appear on the 5th day of
NOVEMBER, 1868, at 2 o'clock, p. m., before Joseph B. Donley, Esq.,
Register, at his office, Washington, Pa., to show cause, if any they
have, why a discharge should not be granted in the said bankrupt. - S.

"EXECUTOR'S SALE - The undersigned Executors of the estate of John
Boyd, deceased, late of the borough of West Middletown, will offer at
public sale on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 1868, the following described
property belonging to the estate of said deceased, to wit: 3 lots
situated in said Borough, on which is erected a large substantial two
story Brick house with other buildings, and a variety of all kinds of
fruit. It will be sold separate or to suit purchasers. Sale to take
place on the premesis at 1 o'clock, P. M. of the said day when terms
will be made known. - D. M. BOYD, Executor - Oct. 28, 3t."
