State Hospital Records are restricted. The Pennsylvania State Archives may check these records once the requesting researcher obtains a research waiver from the Superintendent of the appropriate facility or from: George Kopchick, Director, Bureau of Hospital Operations, Room 625, Health & Welfare Building, Box 2675, Harrisburg, PA 17105. Please telephone the Archives at (717) 783-2669 to determine the availability of particular Hospital records.
