Unityville, Pennsylvania is an unincorporated community in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, centered around the junction of Pennsylvania Route 42 and County Road 2019. The first recorded inhabitants of the area were the Susquehannocks, who spoke an Iroquoian language. Their name meant "people of the muddy river" in Lenape.
