In the name of God, Amen. I Frank M. Ebersole of Cleona, North Lebanon Township, County of Lebanon and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me at any time heretofore.
Item I, I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid as soon as can conveniently be done after my decease, by my herein after named executors.
Item II, I give and bequeath the use and income of all my Real Estate and personal property which I may possess at my decease, to my beloved wife Maria Ebersole during her natural lifetime.
Item III, After the decease of my aforesaid wife Maria Ebersole, I give and bequeath all my personal property and real estate to my two children, Viz:-Mable, intermarried to Abr. Burkholder, and Clarence Ebersole, share and share alike, or to their heirs if the parent is not living.
Item IV, I constitute and appoint my beloved wife Maria Ebersole, My daughter Mable Burkholder and my son Clarence Ebersole to be my executors of this my last will and testament, and give them the authority to give good and sufficient deed or deeds for any or all my real estate to the purchaser or purchasers thereof, at any time they may sell the same.
Witness my hand and seal to this my last will and testament this thirteenth day of October A.D. Nineteen hundred and twenty-one (1921).

I, Frank M. Ebersole, the within named testator, do hereby make and publish this codicil, to be added to my last will and testament bearing date the 13th. day of October A.D. 1921, in manner following to wit:-
I authorize my herein after named executors, named in the body of the aforesaid will, to sell as much of my real estate as will be necessary to raise sufficient money for the support of my aforesaid wife, Maria Ebersole, should the income from my real estate and personal property not be sufficient for her comfortable support. Authorizing/them to sell at either public or private sale for the best price possible and to give good and sufficient deed or deeds for the same. and giving my aforesaid wife the privilege to use of the principal if necessary for her maintenance and support.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Seventh day of October A.D. Nineteen hundred and twenty-nine(1929).
