I Isaiah Brightbill, of the Township of North Annville, in the County of Lebanon and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my las will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at anytime heretofore made.

FIRST-I direct that my body be decently interred in a Christian like manner in the Gravel Hill Cemetery beside my beloved wife, and that a monument or tombstone be erected for my beloved wife, my two sons and myself, at the discretion of my executor hereinafter named.

SECOND-I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

THIRD-I give, devise, and bequeath to my son, John, the house and lots, formerly known as the Kleinfelter home, during the term of his natural lifetime, he to have the rent, issues, and profits there of during his natural life and after his death the same property located in the village of Bellegrove, shall be given to my son Robert, if he be still be living, if son Robert shall have died before son John the same I bequeath to the legal heirs of son Robert.

FOURTH-I give, devise and bequeath to my son Robert the house and lot, situate in the village of Bellegrove, formerly known as the Bordleymay property.

FIFTH-I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Robert, the farm situated in North Annville Township, said farm containing 123 acres be the same more or less, but the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) is to remain as a trust fund in said farm for the use and benefit of my son, John, My son Robert shall pay semi-annually the interest on the $500.00, to my son John. Interest at the rate of 5% per annum.

Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son Robert Brightbill sole executor of this my last will and testament, giving and granting to him without authority from the court of Lebanon County, full authority to dispose for the payment of the legacies and debts and expenses due or incurred and to execute good and sufficient deeds, releases and acquittance for the extinguishment of the same. In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal, the fourth day of May A.D. one thousand nine hundred thirty six (1936).

CODICIL

I Isaiah Brightbill having heretofore made my will, dated the fourth day of May one thousand nine hundred thirty-six, I now desire to add to the aforesaid will the following codicil as follows to wit: I nominate constitute and appoint my son Robert legal overseerer of my son John so far as the property is concerned which I bequeathed to my son John. My son Robert shall have to power to rent the house where I bequeathed to my son John, collect the rent, make necessary repairs, pay the taxes out of the money collected for rent and then pay over the balance to son John. I case son Robert is unable to attend to the above property he shall have the power to appoint one of his sons. In all other respects I fully confirm my aforesaid will. In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this eighteenth day June in the year one thousand nine hundred thirty-six.
