I Henry R. Yorty of the townshop of East Hanover, in the County of Lebanon and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void, all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1st-I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my executor hereinafter named, as soon as conveinently may be after my decease.
2nd- All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, remaining after the payment for my just debt and funeral expenses as aforesaid whether real personal or mixed, of which I shall die seized and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at my decease, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Carolina Yorty, for her own proper benefit forever.
3rd- I do nominate and appoint my beloved wife Carolina Yorty to be the executrix of this, my last will and testament.
In testimony whereof, I, the said Henry R. Yorty have to this, my last will and testament, set my hand and seal, this 23rd day of April A.D. 1901.
