Fronica WELLER was the widow of Philip WELLER. In this will, Fronica refers to her one daughter as Mary. In the will of her
husband, Philip Weller, this daughter is referred to as Magdalena. She was Mary Magdalena.
Spelling and punctuation have been maintained as in the will.
In the name of God amen. I Fronica Weller relite of Philip Weller of Bethel township
Lebanon County being in gut and of sound and perfect mind and mamory but considering
the uncertainty of this mortal life I plessed be all mighty God for the same, do mack and
Bublish this my last will and tastament in manner and form following that is to say I
recommend my soul in the hands of god hoo gived to me and my body to the earth to be
buired in a Christian like maners. Sacond it is my will and allow to my son Jacob Weller
the sum of tree dallers oud of my estate and no more by my herein after named Executors
and the rast of all my goods shall be divided amangst my four dathers that is to say one
Share to my dather Barbor now indermaried with Christian Brand and one share to my
dother Mary now intermarid with Gorg Gasser, and one share to my dather Elizabeth, one
share and to my dother Cadarina one share share and share alike. And further I do hereby
Mack constitute and apoind my beloved friend John Hautz my sole Executor of this my
last will and Testament acting to the true entent and meaning thereof. In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the thirty first day of December in the year
of our lord one towsent Eight hundird seventeen 1817.
Signed sealed published and declared by the above Fronica Weller to be her last will and
testament in the pressends of us who at hir request and at her presence have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses to the same.
