I, Ivin L. Spencer of DuBois, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania being of
sound mind, memory and understanding to make this my Will.
First, I direct that all my just debts be paid by my Exectrix as soon after my death as possible.
Second, I direct that the terms of a certain agreement madeby me the 21st day of July for the sale of my interest in the firm of
Spencer Brothers to the remaining members of said firm be carried out and that the terms of said agreement be fully complied with by
my Exectrix.
Third, I devise and bequeath to my wife Clara M. Spencer all my property real personal and mixed, wheresoever found.
Lastly, I constitute and appoint my wife Clara M. Spencer exectrix of this my will.
Witness my hand and seal this 21st day of July, A.D. 1911.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Ivin L. Spencer, the testor as his last will amd testament, in the
presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as the witnesses thereto in the presence of the testator and in
the presence of each other.

Be it Remembered, That on this 5th day of
Aug. A.D. 1911, before me Geo. W. Gulich Dep. Register for the
probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally P. J. Weber and H.H.
spencer, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing which proports to be the last Will and Testament of Ivin L.
Spencer late of DuBois deceased, and being severally sworn according to law did depose and say that they were present and saw and
heard testator sign, seal, publish pronounce and declare as and for his last Will and Testament and at the doing thereof he was of
sound disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief.
