NOTES ON THIS ENTRY:It seems evident that the extractor of this record copied it incorrectly. The following information was submitted byClarence Shirey, a descendant of Henry. (The original Will is written in German, Joh. "Heinrich" Scher is how the name appears on the Document text. It was written 22 Oct 1783. One witness, Henry Sterner appeared at the Court House on 16 Feb 1864, and the other Felix Frauenfelder not until 24 Dec. The properties adjoined the witnesses farms. The Will itself, has written on the outside of it "Henry Sheiry, deceased, proved Feb. 16, 1784". The man signed with "his mark". The extractor could easily mistaken the "S" for a "T" the way it's written, but be assured
it's definitely an "S" when you read the document itself.)
