They went on to have eight children from 1874 to 1892, with the last one passing away in 1971. I have no ancestor information for these two -- neither their births nor their eventual whereabouts.
Also, their child, Charles Henry KLOPP (abt 1880-1929), was probably born in Berks. He married the former Estella May EVANS (1881-1930) and they had six children including my wife's grandmother.
Anyone have any information on this? I have more to ask, but I should make another query out of it...

I don't have much on him yet, just found out he is in my line. I am descended from Elizabeth's older brother, Phillip.
John Dietrich STIELY is supposed to be the son of William STIEHLE & Kunugin ?. I don't have the original sources for that yet.
When did John Dietrich STIELY die?

BASHORE, GABI, GABY, GAUBY, MERKEY, MOYER posted by Russell Andrews on Wednesday, September 15, 1999

Hi Larry!
I'm interested in 3 of the surnames you posted: Merkey, Moyer, and Bashore. I have all three in my family tree.
1. Merkey Family: I descend from Marcus Merkey(d. 1783) from his son Hans David Merkey(1719-1783). Then from Hans David's son John Merkey(b. 1750). Then from John Merkey's son Jacob(d. 1849). Then from Jacob Merkey's son Samuel(1833-1904). Then from Samuel's daughter Sarah Merkey(1867-1896). Samuel Merkey moved from Berks County, PA to Washington, KS to help start a Church of Brethren there. Samuel's daughter Sarah was married to Martin D Gauby(1864-1953). Martin was a great-great-grandson of Elder Martin Gaby who built the Pricetown meeting house in Berks County. Sarah Merkey is my great-great-grandmother.
2. Moyer Family: Jacob Merkey, son of John Merkey and Hannah Heckman, was married to Nancy Moyer. I have no clue as to Nancy's parentage.
3. Bashore Family: Lots of spellings, but I'll use this one. I have a Lydia Bashore(1780-1838) who was married to Jacob Gaby(1772-1826), son of Elder Martin and Susanna(Price) Gaby. Lydia Bashore(1780-1838) was a daughter of Johann Jacob Bashore(1740-1815) and Christina Alderfer(b. 1745). Johann Jacob Bashore was a son of Johann Georg Bashore(1716/17-1787) and Maria Catharina Stump. This Bashore(Boshaar, Beshore, Boshore, Basehor, etc) family came from New Heesburg, Schoharie County, NY immediately before relocating to Pennysylvania.
Hope to hear from you soon on any of these families. Thanks!
Russell

ALBRECHT, ALBRIGHT posted by Shirley Dixon on Wednesday, September 15, 1999

Hi, I find that my ancestors were from Berks Cty, PA., they arrived in 1732 and the first name I have is Jacob, although he was married to a Magdalene or Magdalena - perhaps if you can give me some more names I can look on the material I've received thus far. I found a great deal of information on the Albrights from PA as many of them traveled to N. Carolina - my research was done in Salisbury, NC, they have lots of information on the Albrights of PA. Let me know if I can help. sd

Hi, I have a Mary Magdalena Albright in Berks County around the time you said who had two sisters Anna Barbara and Judith. She also had four brothers named Johanne Christian, Ludwig, Henry and Jacob. I am researching all siblings but, mostly Jacob Albright who married Sophia Catherine Welder in around 1746 or so not sure exactly in Berks County,PA.
Jacob along with his brothers and sisters were born in Germany, in Bavaria,Palatinate,Germany. Their parents were
Johannes Albright and Anna Barbara Albrecht who came to
Berks County in around 1732. Magdalena died the 19th of April in 1786 Berks Co.,Pa and Judith after 1753 in Berks Co. Christian died in May 1784 Berks Co. and I am not sure on Henry. Jacob Albright moved to Orange Co.,NC in 1750 or a little bit after and Ludwig moved to Guilford Co.,NC and
Anna Barbara moved to Orange Co.,NC also but, not sure when.
I do know she died in 1802 and is buried in Alamance,NC.
I am looking for any concrete info. on the names and who the siblings of Jacob Albright married and when. I would also like to know who their children were and when they were born. I do not have confirmation on very many facts just info. from other sources with some dates. Any help you can give would be appreciated and until I hear from you I will go some more over my notes. If my info. is the least bit vague please feel free to email me and I will clear up any mistakes.
