TEKLA ELZA TATJANA STRAUME, 94, of Quakertown, died Aug. 4, 2003 in Genesis ElderCare Quakertown Center.

She was the wife of the late ZANIS STRAUME.

She was born in Kursisu Parish, Latvia.

She was a seamstress in various clothing factories in Latvia, Germany, and the Quakertown area before retiring.

She was a member of the Latvian Lutheran Church of Bucks County and Vicinity, in Quakertown.

There are no immediate survivors.

She was predeceased by a daughter, DZIDRA.

Memorial services will be held Sun., Aug. 17, 2003 at 11 a.m. at the Latvian Lutheran Church of Bucks County and Vicinity, Fifth and Juniper streets, Quakertown. There will be no calling hours.
