Mr. COULSON was a native of Washington county, born in Courtney, at this time (1927) he was living in Donora and was a life long Republican.  He was 40 years old and married.  He attended the public school then graduated from business college when 17 years of age.  He attended California State normal and Pennsylvania State college for five years, completing his education at Penn State in 1908.  From 1913 to 1918 he conducted  a shoe store in Donora.
