15 December 1752 - John Finley warrant for 150 acres in Lurgan Township
adjoining William McNutt and Malcolm McCombe, £15 10s, quit rent of
halfpenny sterling for every acre. Marginal note: To Mattw Henderson,
Deputy Surveyor, Executr this Warrant agreeable to the old lines [no date].
Land Office in Philadelphia.



6 April 1762 - Samuel Findlay granted warrant for 106 acres in Antrim
Township; surveyed and laid off 6 April 1818. Neighbors: John Nigh, George
Nigh, John Snively, George Nigh formerly called Robert McCullouch, John
McLanahan formerly John Crankston(?). 74+ acres surveyed. Book 1:63.



10 June 1762 - Samuel Findlay warrant for 100 acres in Antrim Township, 106
acres surveyed 18 May 1765, beginning at a sassafras thence by Robert
McCulloch. Neighbors: John Nigh, John Snively, John Crunkleton. Book 1:12.



3 May 1763 - William Finley warrant for 150 acres in Antrim Township
adjoining David Scott, John Davison and James Smith. Marginal note: To John
Armstrong Execute this warrant and make return. Survey date 7 May 1764.

13? May 1765 - Wm Findley warrant for 73 acres in Antrim Township, surveyed
l9 May 1765 beginning at a locust stump; interfered with an older survey of
John Davison; resurveyed 18 May 1809 for John Lecher. Neighbors: John Scott
now Saml Morran, John Davison, Robert Davison. Book 1:443.



10 September 1766 - Survey of 83+ acres being part of a larger tract of 108+
acres in Guilford and Greene Townships, Franklin County (formerly Guilford
Twp. in Cumberland County) granted to Sam & Fulton Lindsay, laid off on 29
May 1827 for John Finley. Book 2:83.



28 January 1767 - William Findley, 100 acres joining the land of Wm Huey,
Patrick Campbell, the Cove Road in Peters Township, Cumberland County. No. 2585.



17 February 1775 - William Finley warrant of 25 acres in Washington
Township; surveyed 39 acres, 12 June 1775. Neighbors: William Blakely, Thos
McClennagan, other lands of Wm Finley; resurveyed 9 December 1829. Book 3:428.



3 September 1788 - John Finley, Jr., warrant for 200 acres adjoining land of

that it is for but three acres - You will consider the direction to you on
that copy annulled by the within (attached warrant for 300 acres)].
