Martin Brand Executor of the last will and Testament of Frederick Hess late of Derry Township Yeoman deceased produced to the Court the Account of his Administration on the Estate of the said deceased duly passed before the Register whereby there appeared a Balance of £857.1.11 in the Hands of the said Accountant, consisting of Bonds not yet due, which account the Court on examination allows and approves of and directs that the said Balance after deducting therefrom 12/ the expenses of this Court the remainder amounting to £857.1.11 be paid and distributed agreeable to the last will and Testament of the said deceased viz.
