66th wedding anniversary
From the McDonald PA Record-Outlook, December 4, 1980:
Mr. and Mrs. Frank KOSEM of Willard street observed their 66th wedding anniversary on November 23. Open House was held for relatives and friends. The honor guests received a number of gifts. They were married 66 years ago in St. Alphonsus R. C. Church, McDonald, and have spent their entire lives in Midway. Mr. KOSEM is a retired coal miner, having worked in Montour No. 9 mine. Mrs. KOSEM is 82 years old and Mr. KOSEM is 89. They have four children, Frank KOSEM and Edwin KOSEM of Midway, John KOSEM of R. D. 1, Canonsburg, and Mrs. Wilma MARTINCIC of R. D. 1, Canonsburg. They have seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis CAPUDER of East Dickson street (Midway) observed their 69th wedding anniversary on November 6. Mrs. CAPUDER was 90 on July 2 and Mr. CAPUDER was 96 on July 16.
