The United States mobilized 3.8 million forces between 1914 to 1915,
spending 17.1 billion dollars overall. If I'm not mistaken, this means
the USA spent approximately 4.5 billion dollars for each soldier
mobilized. (17.1B divided by 3.8million soldiers)
