I, E.W. Stevenson, of Carroll Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form as follows:
First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Second: I direct that all sums of money at any time advanced or paid to me by any of my children and charged by them as loans, shall be taken and considered to be just debts against my estate, and I direct my executor, hereinafter named, to honor and to pay all such claims upon their presentation, together with due and ample proof thereof.
Third: I give and bequeath to my daughter, Annie Graysinger of Carroll Township, Pennsylvania, the sum of One (1) Dollar.
Fourth: I give and bequeath unto my son Frank Stevenson, of near Youngstown, Ohio, the sum of One (1) Dollar.
Fifth: I give and bequeath to my son Wilfred Stevenson, of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, the sum of One (1) Dollar.
Sixth: I give and bequeath unto my daughter Martha Hatfield of Carroll Township, Pennsylvania, the sum of One (1) Dollar.
Seventh: I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Irene Nelson, of Monongahela, Pennsylvania, the sum of One (1) Dollar.
Eighth: I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Ruth Yates, of Ambridge, Pennsylvania, the sum of One (1) Dollar.
Ninth: I give and bequeath unto my daughter, May Stevenson of Carroll Township, the sum of One (1) Dollar.
Tenth: I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Jessie Houston, of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, the sum of One (1) Dollar.
Eleventh: I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Maud Catherine Stevenson, all my real estate situate in Carroll Township, Pennsylvania, for and during the term of her natural life; she to have the rent, issues and profits thereof, for and during her natural life, and after her death the said real estate to become the absolute property of my son, Samuel Stevenson, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, his heirs and assigns forever.
Lastly, I nominate, constitute, and appoint my said son Samuel Stevenson, to be the executor of this my last will and testament, set my hand and seal this 22nd day of Sept. A.D. 1930.
