Mrs. Lydia Hunsinger of Colley, died Nov 23, aged 73 years. Interment at Thrasher's Cemetery Nov. 25.

Editor's Note: Per Tim Girven in March 2006: Everyone has previously had Lydia Drescher's date of death as 1880, probably because this is what LDS records have. I was just sent a copy of a letter written to Joseph Girven who was married to Lydia's daughter Anna. The letter was written by C. F. Hunsinger, who would have been Charles Freeman Hunsinger, married to Lydia's daughter Celinda. The letter was dated Nov. 23, 1894 and it was on stationery of the Colley Hotel, C. F. Hunsinger, Proprietor. It states; Celinda and Annie's mother died last evening about 2 o'clock, etc. So this letter establishes Lydia's date of death as Nov. 23, 1894, not 1880,
