Married 1st Mary Ann Bender on April 19, 1856 (Source: Sullivan Democrat, April 25, 1856)  She died September 25, 1859

Mrs. Sevilla P. Hartzig died at the residence of her son-in-law, Jacob Setzer, of Mildred, January 22, aged 66 years.The remains were brought to the residence of T.F. Landon, another son-in-law, at this place, and the funeral held at he Evangelical Church Wednesday, January 25, at 10 o’clock, a.m. Interment at Bahr’s Hill.  Four daughters and a son survive to mourn her loss.

Children of William & Mary Ann Hartzig:

1.   Julia Ann Hartzig, b. 1858 in Sullivan Co., PA; d. Aug. 26, 1926 in Towanda, Bradford Co, PA. She had one child with an unknown father: Mabel Alice Hartzig 1880-1881; buried at Peace Cemetery in Cherry Township, Sullivan County, PA.
On March 9, 1886, she married John Cornelius Cotter in Towanda. He was born Feb. 25, 1848 in Wilmot, Bradford County, PA. He was a son of Garrett Cotter and Hanorah Murphy; John died February 1, 1923 in Wysox, Bradford County, PA and is buried in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Towanda, PA. Their children were:

T. Frank Landon died Monday morning at the home of his son William V. Landon at Binghamton, N.Y.

Mr. Landon was born at Ogdensburg, Tioga County in 1852 and came to Sullivan County when a young man where he spent most of his life.  Since the death of his wife he has made his home at Binghamton with his son.

He is survived by two daughters, Lulu and Emily, and one son, William Landon.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at the home of his son at Binghamton and the body will be brought to Dushore Thursday morning for interment.  Services at the grave will be in charge of Dushore Lodge No. 494 of which he was a member.

William V. Landon, died, Saturday at the home of his sister in Binghamton, N.Y. He is survived by his wife and three children, who reside in California, also two sisters, Lulu and Emily.

He was born in Dushore, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. T.F. Landon and married Miss Caroline Fairchild, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Fairchild of Cherry Township.  For a number of years they made their home in Binghamton, later going to California where the family now resides.  Due to ill health he returned to Binghamton about two years ago.

Funeral services were held in Binghamton, Tuesday morning.  Interment in Fairview cemetery at this place.

Irvin Lyle Landon died Saturday, May 31, at his home at 1749 Garden Drive, San Bernardino, California, at the age of 43 years.

Mr. Landon was born in Dushore, a son of the late William Landon, and Caroline Fairchild Landon.  Twenty-six years ago he went to California where he has since made his home.  He was a grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank T. Landon of this place, and also of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Fairchild of Cherry Township.

For a number of years he was foreman at the welding department of the Santa Fe Shops at San Bernardino, Calif.  He was a member of Phoenix Lodge 178 F. & A.M.

He is survived by his wife, Esther Landon, two step sons, William S. Bloomer and Chester B. Bloomer of San Bernardino; his mother, Mrs. Caroline Landon, a sister, Helen Landon, Paramount, Calif; and a brother, Leslie Landon of San Bernardino.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 3rd, at 3 o’clock.  Interment in Mountain View Cemetery.

Mrs. Lulu Shaughnessy of Binghamton died shortly after two o’clock Wednesday afternoon, while on her way in an automobile to the office of Dr. Andrew S. Fritts.  It is believed that death was caused by an acute heart attack.

She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. T.F. Landon.  She was born in Dushore and for the past several years has made her home in Binghamton.

She is survived by her husband, one son, Willard Hibbard, one sister Emily and one brother, William Landon all of Binghamton.  Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon and the remains were placed in a receiving vault in Floral Avenue Cemetery and later will be removed to Dushore for burial.

Mrs. F. G. Brougham died at her home in Lopez on Sunday, December 6, aged 48 years and one month.  The remains were brought to Dushore this Wednesday morning and interred in Bahr Hill cemetery

Married Fred Billings. Born in 1858; died October 1923.

Eliza B. Billings, nee Hartzig died at Ringdale Nov 10th aged 32 years 1 month and 3 days.

A husband and two sons survive to mourn the loss of wife and mother.

The funeral was held Monday afternoon at the Evangelical Church in this place.  The interment being at Bahr Hill.

Fred Billings, a former resident of Dushore, died at his home in Binghamton following a stroke of apoplexy at the age of 67 years.

He is survived by two sons, Robert of Binghamton and Chas. Of Elmira, also one sister in Iowa, Interment was made Tuesday in Bahr Hill cemetery.

Mrs. Anna Setzer died at her home in Sayre about 10 o’clock Wednesday night, Dec. 1, at the age of 38 years.  Funeral services were held at the home Friday evening and the body brought to Dushore Saturday morning for interment.  She leaves besides her husband and one son, Willard, three sisters, Mrs. Droughton of Lopez, Mrs. Alice Landon of Dushore, and Mrs. Julia Tuller of Wilmot, and a brother, William McHenry of Dushore.
