The sources for this material include both the stones themselves and information provided by third parties and other old records. Of course, in a cemetery of this age, not all graves are marked and, in many cases, very old markers have faded or may not be visible on the surface. We will update the record and add new information as it becomes available or is reported to us.

We also encountered a living member of the Fague family, fifty (50) of whose members lie in eternal sleep at Pleasant Hill. In 2012 and 2013, Gary Russell Fague sent us the following messages, along with a Fague Family Tree * dating back to the 1400s in what is now Germany! Talk about family roots!
