Mahanoy Township, Pa. is celebrating it's 150th Anniversary
and Mahanoy Township High School's 100th Anniversary.

The top postcard is dated June 20, 1901
and shows the first Mahanoy Township High School
located at Coles Village.
Above the arched doorway is "High School 1900".

The bottom postcard is dated Nov. 30, 1923
and shows the Mahanoy Township High School at South 4th Street, Mahanoy City.
This school was destroyed by fire on class night 1938.
