To the Honorable the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Perry County, Now _____ a Court of General Quarter Session of the P_ace for said county
The Grand Jurors ----- agreeable to the direction of the Court visited the Jail and it is with much pleasure they inform the court that the Jail is kept by Sheriff Hipple in the best manner as to cleanliness and the comfort of the prisoners.
