Farrell High School

Class of 1933

HISTORY OF THE CLASS 1933

Our Freshman Year! At last we were enrolled in the Farrell High School, This was something which we considered a great achievement. Our boys were greeted by the Sophomores and were given the customary hazing. The year passed rapidly and our class was graduated from the Junior High School to the Senior High School.

After a pleasing vacation, we returned to our studies again, but now we were Sophomores, who could command some respect from the upper classmen. As Sophomores we engaged in all school activities, hoping to gain laurels for our class and for the school. We held a swimming party which was a success.

We have at last won the distinction of being upper classmen. As Juniors, we are now looking forward to that ever important social function, the Prom. Our Junior year will then close and we shall return in the fall as full-fledged Seniors.
