By the permission of the School Board, a band was organized in Farrell High School in 1929. Miss [Virginia] Jamison was given the task of directing this band. Through her efforts the band has developed rapidly and has made successful appearances at basket ball and football games. Uniforms were secured for the members; this added to the appearance of the band. The game at Grove City ended the 1932 activities of the band,

We, the Seniors of ‘32, wish the band the best of success in the years to come.
