Land Transfers
W. W. Fell et nx to William H. Booth etal

This Deed made the fifth day of August in the year nineteen hundred and fourteen. Between W. W. Fell and Mattie G. Fell his wife, grantors and William H. Booth and Mary J. Booth, Grantees.
Witnesseth, that in consideration of seven thousand two hundred dollars, ($7200.00) in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors, do hereby grant and convey to the said grantees, all that certain piece of land situate in West Salem Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania bounded on the North by lands of William E. Simpkins and Mrs. Mook - East by lands of R. M. Bidlake and Mrs. John Taylor - South by lands of A. R. Fell heirs and Mrs. Lucinda Simpkins - West by lands of Mrs. Lucinda Simpkins, Mrs. L. Brown, and the Pennsylvania and the Ohio State Line; containing one hundred ninety four acres (194 A.) more or less and being the same land devised to said W. W. Fell by the last will and testament of his father, William S. Fell, deceased.

And the said grantors do hereby warrant generally the property hereby conveyed. In Witness Whereof, the said grantors have hereunto set their hands  and seals the day and year first above written.

On this fifth day of August A.D. 1914, before me a Notary Public in and for said County and State came the above named W. W. Fell and Mattie G. Fell his wife and Acknowledged the foregoing Deed to be their act and deed and desired the same to be recorded as such.
