Treasurer, Mercer, Pa. (enclose stamp for receipt), or pay at First
National Bank, Mercer, Pa. Please comply as above stated, as
no agents are authorized to receipt for tax. All tax not paid
by January 15, 1904, will be placed in the hands of a Justice of the
Peace with 10 per cent added for the costs of collection, and no loss
will be paid on any policy on which assessments are not paid by January
15, 1904.
One-half
of the insurance only will be paid on vacant dwelling houses.
Assessment to be paid on full amount. Ten days notice of a
vacancy to be give in writing. Adopted May 12, 1903.
