Martin G Seyler, aged
78 years, died at his home in West Salem township at 7:30 am Sunday,
Dec 12, 1937 of complications following an illness of three months.
A
lifelong resident of West Salem, he was born to Jacob and Elizabeth
Saylor Seyler on Sept 20, 1859. He married Miss Mina Mossman on
May 17, 1894.
Surviving in addition to his widow are a son,
Clarence L Seyler, Lincoln Avene; two daughters, Mrs. Lauren Booth of
West Salem and Miss Bessie Seyler at home and a sister Mrs. Lewis
Zuschlag of West Salem. Mr. Seyler was preceded in death by a
son, Don C., on Feb 1, 1933 and by two brothers, David and John Seyler.
Private
funeral services from the home of Clarence L Seyler, 5 Lincoln Avenue
will be at 2:30 pm Tuesday, Dec 14 conducted by Rev. J Russell Dugan of
the United Presbyterian church. Burial in the Rock Ridge Cemetery.
