- Lauren F Booth, West Salem Twp, Greenville RD 2, died at 11:30 p.m.
Friday (5-7-1976) in Greenville Hospital where he had been a patient
seven weeks. He was 82.
Mr. Booth was born in West Salem
Twp. May 26, 1893 to William H and Mary Jane Fry Booth. His wife, the
former Bertha M. Seyler, whom he married in May 1919, died April 15,
1968.
He was self-employed as a farmer in West Salem Twp for
many years. He worked at Shenango Furnace co, Sharpsville, 18
years. He also worked as a miner for many years. One
of the mines he worked at was Mine # 5 in Mercer County, PA.
He is survived by a son, Frank L., Greenville. A brother, Samuel J, and a son preceded him in death.
