Harvey Booth

Died: March 6, 1896


 Mr. Harvey Booth
The death of Mr. Harvey Booth, one of the oldest and most respected residents of Orangeville, occurred at 3:00 this morning at his home about three miles north east of that village.  The deceased was born near Orangeville 78 years ago and had lived in that section all his life, following the occupation of a farmer.

He leaves a wife to whom he was married nearly 55 years ago, five daughters and three sons.  These are Mrs. Jas. McKnight, Mrs. J. C. Moore and Frank Booth, of Sharon; Mrs. Eunice D. Lang, Lorin and William Booth of Orangeville; Mrs. Alma Stowe of McKees Rocks; and Mrs. Sarah J. Gill of Pulasky.  The funeral will be held Sunday at 10 a.m. from the late residence and interment will be in Oakwood cemetery.

H Booth died, Friday morning of kidney trouble.  he was aged about 75 years and leaves a wife, who is blind, and adult children.  The remains were taken to Sharon, Sunday, for burial.
