  Susannah Heasley Simons

Simons Susannah Heasley Simons was born in Wolf Creek Township, Mercer Co., Pa., Aug. 12, 1833, and died near Clark's Mills, June 28, 1909. In 1854 she was married to Joseph Simons. Their two sons and five daughters are all living. Out of a family of seven children, twenty-three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, Grandma Simons is the first to pass to her final reward. She was converted at the age of twenty-one, and ever since lived very close to her Saviour. Her life was a benediction to her family and to her friends. After a brief illness she slipped peacefully away to her better home.
