Mrs. DONALD C. SURRENA
Mrs.
Lillian I. Osborne Surrena, 325 E. Pine St., Grove City, died at
1:38 a.m. today (11-27-87) in Warren (Pa.) General Hospital after an
extended illness. She was 71.
Mrs. Surrena was
born in Springfield Township, Mercer County, May 6, 1916, to John
and Jane Surrena Osborne.
She was a member of
Grace United Methodist
Church, Grove City.
Her first husband, Emerson
M. Young, died in 1970.
Surviving are her
second husband, Donald C. Surrena, whom she
married Sept. 10, 1971, at home; a daughter, Mrs.
Rick (Linda K.) Reedy, Grove City; two sons, John
E. Young, Grove City, and Gary A. Young,
Mercer RD 5; two stepchildren, Mrs. Louis F.
(Barbara) Gilmore, and Richard D. Surrena,
both of Grove City; two sisters, Mrs. Clyde
(Lucille) Adams and Alberta Magee,
both of Grove City; a brother, Mrs. John (Sam)
Osborne, Grove City; 14 grandchildren; and five
great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in
death by a son, John M. Young; two brothers,
Merle and James Osborne, and a
granddaughter.

Grove City, who died Friday (11-27-87), is survived by a brother, John
“Sam” Osborne, Grove City, and was preceded in death by a son, James
M. Young. Information was incorrect in Friday’s obituary.
