Mrs. Carrie Farringer

Mrs. Carrie Persch Farringer, R.D. 2 Sharon, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Helen Williams, 130 Fourth Ave., at 10:45 a.m. today after a six-month illness. She was 75.

Born in Neshannock, Hickory Township, April 20, 1877, she was a life-time resident of that district who was the daughter of Adam and Elizabeth Rodemoyer Spory. She was married to Jack Persch, who died Feb. 10, 1909, and later married Edward Farringer, who died Jan. 9, 1941. Mrs. Farringer attended the New Virginia Methodist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Williams and Mrs. Grace Rollinson, R. D. 2 Sharon; two sons, Place Persch, West Middlesex, and Pierce Persch, R. D. 2, Sharon; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Hoagland, Conneaut Lake; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Farringer Service

Funeral service for Mrs. Carrie Persch Farringer, 75, of R. D. 2, Sharon. Mrs. Farringer died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Helen Williams, Fourth Ave., Sharon.

Rev. Charles Wharton officiated at the service. Burial was in Morefield Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Charles King, Woodrow King, John King, Seth Hoagland, Jesse Hoagland and William Perrine.
