MRS. LOUISA A. DAVIS


Mrs. Louisa A. Davis, wife of I.P. Davis, died at her home in Smithboro, Friday, May 27, 1910. Mrs. Davis was born in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, May 26, 1845 and came to Bond county in 1881. She was married in Pennsylvania May 16, 1866 to Mr. Davis, who with the following children survive: Elmer D. and Charles A. of Indiana, Henry T. of St. Elmo, Mrs. M. Largent, Mrs. J. Widger and Mrs. Mary Murdock of Smithboro. One son Frank died at the age of seven years. Burial was in Montrose Cemetary in Greenville, Illinois.
