John
Lyons McKay, son of the late John and Jane Hill McKay, died
at his home near Hadley on November 29 at 10:30 P.M. after a long
illness. He was born July 26,1862, near Stoneboro. He was a noted
farmer and thresherman and was married 7/3/1884 to Emma Jane Supplee of
Coolsrping. To them were born seven children, six surviving: Floyd S. of
Greenville, LeRoy H. of Hubbard, Ohio, Mrs. Grover Smith and Mrs. Ernest
Heckman of Fredonia, Mrs. Walter Foust and Denton McKay of Hadley.
