A SAD EVENT

DEATH OF MRS. JOHN BULL YESTERDAY AFTERNOON

Mrs. Helen Bull, wife of John Bull, of the law firm of Robertson, Smith & Bull, died yesterday afternoon at the residence, 355 West Clinton street. Sunday a consultation of doctors was held and it was decided that she could not live, but she lingered along and the devoted husband and loving friends clung to the hope that she might live, but Providence ordained otherwise and the end came at 1"30 p.m. yesterday, being caused by uranic poisoning. The circumstances are unusually sad and the bereaved ones have the sympathy of many friends. Mrs. Bull was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus R. McNeil and had been married to Mr. Bull about two years and a half. She was a member of Trinity church and was an exemplary wife and a young woman with many commendable qualities. The future was full of promise for happiness and usefulness and the sudden ending was a great shock to many friends as well as the bereaved ones. The notice of funeral is given elsewhere.

BULL---At the residence, 355 West Clinton St., Monday, March 2nd, Helen L., wife of John Bull, Jr., aged 23 yrs. Funeral Thursday at 2 PM from the house. Interment Private.
