  Harold Sample 

Funeral services were held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, Jan. 18 at Kelly and Son Funeral Home for Harold F. Sample, 42, of 620 Overlook Ave, who died of uremic poisoning at 7:50 A.M. Wednesday, Jan 15, in Sharon General Hospital.

Internment was in Haywood Cemetery, West Middlesex, Pa.

Mr. Sample was born July 9, 1921 in Stoneboro, Pa., a son of Charles C. and Bertha First Sample, and came here 15 years ago from West Middlesex. He was a boilermaker for Standard Slag Co. and a member of Grace Baptist Church.

Besides his parents of Clark, Pa., he leaves his wife, the former Helen Boals, whom he married 23 years ago; a son James and a daughter Linda Lee, both at home; three brothers, Leroy of Greenville, Pa; Robert of Hubbard and James of Sharpsville; a sister, Mrs. Eleanor Shaffer of Greenville; and his grandmother, Mrs. J.D. First of Clark.
