Mr. and Mrs. John McCool of Sigel, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Geraldine (Jeannie) Isabella McCool, to Francis Mark Musolino, son of Mrs. Ernistine Musolino, of Bradford. Miss McCool is a graduate of Sigel High School and Mr. Musolino is a veteran of WWII. The wedding is set for August 13, 1946.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank T. Barry of 37 Jefferson St. have announced the engagement of thier daughter, Mary Dawn, to Joseph Pappalardo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Pappalardo of Jamestown, NY. A 1957 graduate of St. Bernard School and Bryant and Stratton Business Institute of Buffalo and is emplyed here in the Corning lass Works office. Mr. Pappalardo is a 1956 alumnus of Jamestown High School and was graduated from Bryant and Stratton in 1958. He is employed by Swift d Co. in Jamestown.

The bride-elect is an x-ray technician at Bradford Hospital. Mr. Hillard is employed by Kendall Refining Company and is attending St. Bonaventure University. The wedding will take place July 18 in St. Francis of Assasi Church.

Thomas G. Allen, formerly of Bradford, was married June 6 in Baltimore, MD to a Miss Elaine Welsh, daughter os Mr. and Mrs. Earnest Welsh of Baltimore. Mr Allen is the son of Mrs. Mary m. Allen of Bradford, Harry B. Allen of Corpus Christi, Texas. The ceremony was performed in St. Antonasius Church by the Rev Chester J. Coyz. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bagrowski, Baltimore, were the couples attendan. Mr. Allen attended St. Bernard's School and graduated in 1951 from Roy Miller School in Corpus Christi. He served five years with the Army and since his discharge has been employed at National Security Corp. in Washington, D.C. The couple will reside in Baltimore.

Miss Anne Deasey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James E. Deasey of 57 Fairview Rd., was married last Saturday to James Clarence Hancock of 213 Hedghog Lane, in St. Francis of Assisi Church. The Rev. G. Carlton Ritchie, church pastor, performed the double ring ceremony. Mrs. Peggy Donovan, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor and James Deasey Jr., brother of the bride, was the best man. David Deasey, also brother of the bride was the usher. The bride is a graduate of Bradford Senior High School, class of 1955, and is employed by Corning Glassworks. The bridegroom attended BSHS and is now employed by Burdick Lumber Co.

He is a graduate of the Warton School of the University of Pittsburgh of Pennsylvania and a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. A fall wedding is planned.
